I'm starting a new phase. I want to start eating healthier, or at least trying to! I don't eat too much junk food, but during my teen years, I drank enough soda to quench the thirst of a small country. I wouldn't make it a priority to drink water, it was always soda or some kind of sugary juice. Now that I am older, I want to start taking care of myself. I'm not a great cook, but I can cook. I have always really enjoyed home cooked meals... except I love french fries!
So, I am starting slow. I am making it my goal to drink at least 1 litter of water a day. That's about two full water bottles. I am hoping that in doing this I will be able to stop drinking soda altogether. *sighs* I miss it already!
B makes drinking water look so good! He can down a bottle in a single gulp! When I try, I end up gasping for air. Also, I am not too fond of the taste. I guess since I don't drink it as often, I can taste something funny in it. B says I'm over exaggerating, but I really do taste something funny in water.
I guess while I'm at it I should start going to the gym again........nah!
